Issue of Shares

Arian Silver Corporation announces that it has made the following share issues:
  1. 32,000 common shares of no par value in connection with an exercise of warrants at Cdn$0.42 per share. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM on 31 May 2007.
  2. 300,000 common shares of no par value in connection with an exercise of options at GBP£0.15 per share. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to AIM on 1 June 2007.
